We spend most of our time writing. We’re are not just saying that so that you’ll pity us, but rather to mention that we’re quite good at it! As scientists, who love gastronomy (too much) and living in Porto, we mostly tend to research and write about these subjects. We express opinions about pretty much anything that moves, and we are always ready to talk and write about whatever, whenever.
